Conditions for delivery

The costs for sending documents requested by client will be EUR 21 by email (VAT not included) per publication. Net payments, all bank charges at clients expense!

Tendertrack will inform the client about the deadline(s) set by contracting authority as published in the publication itself. Client has an obligation to have a look at these deadlines. By ordering publications client agrees to have seen them and accepts that the deadline(s) as set by the contracting authorities did not pose a problem for ordering the documents.

Forms which are not filled in completely can be refused. Requests for publications will be sent as soon as possible, but by preference within two working days subject to unforeseen circumstances (see disclaimer). The documents will be sent to the email address as communicated by client. Europe Consult will always have the right to refuse any requests without to give any reason, to verify the request or to ask for a (written) confirmation.

Only the general conditions of Europe Consult are applicable. These general conditions are registered in Dutch at the Chamber of Commerce from Centraal Gelderland (NL) and will be send to you by email on request.
