The TENDERWATCH means the selection and delivery of a particular call for tender which publication is expected shortly by client. Selection will be done on clients specification.

By subscribing for this service, client declares to have read and to agree with the conditions as stated below. Please let the form sign by an authorised person. The subscription will be confirmed by TENDERS dot EU.
The TENDERWATCH service consists of the delivery of a particular call for tender (tendernotice) for which client is expecting its publication shortly and regards public contracts for supplies (goods), services or construction in a particular country of the EU or the European Institutions for which the EU-directives are applicable and therefore published under the responsibility of the Publications Office, the official publisher of the EU, in the database Tenders Electronic Daily (TED).
Duration of the contract: the TENDERWATCH service will be concluded for an undeterminate period of time, but can be annulated without any prior notice, but the contract will be terminated automatically after delivery of the expected call for tender to client.
Costs of Tenderwatch: Tenderwatch is based on the principle of ‘no cure no pay’. After the selection of the relevant tendernotice, the client will be charged € 49 excluding VAT per tender.
Accepting the subscription: TENDERS dot EU has no obligation to accept your subscription and may refuse the subscription for any reason without prior notice. Your subscription can be annulated by TENDERS dot EU without any prior notice.
Conditions for payment: Invoices will be send in euros and need to be paid within two weeks on bankaccount of TENDERS dot EU (IBAN: FR16 3000 2020 3100 0007 2286 R53) at LCL Bank (BIC/SWIFT: CRLYFRPP) in Autun (FR). Net payments, all bank charges at your expense.
Excluding responsibility of TENDERS dot EU: TENDERS dot EU has an obligation to do all reasonable efforts to deliver a good service. TENDERS dot EU has no obligation to guarantee any result in whatever sense. TENDERS dot EU is in no way and in no sense responsible or liable for any damages, directly or indirectly, immediately or at a later time, for the services rendered by or on behalf of TENDERS dot EU. TENDERS dot EU rejects any claims for whatever reason or cause. TENDERS dot EU has concluded a contract with CRI in Luxembourg for the technical realisation of the Tenderwatch service. TENDERS dot EU is not at all responsible for the services rendered by or on behalf of CRI nor for the external (tele)-communication between client and CRI or TENDERS dor EU. The Publications Office, the official publisher of the EU, is responsible for the content, use, access and update of the database TED. TENDERS dot EU is not at all responsible for any damage caused by (changes of) the content, use, access and update of the database TED directly or indirectly, immediately or at a later time.
